Lisa employs a vast range of professional passions and expertise surrounding pediatric pelvic floor health, mental health, interoception, feeding, and clients living with trauma from complex circumstances.
Lisa upholds a neurodiversity-affirming clinical practice by prioritizing meaningful connection and trust with her clients, following a child's lead, listening to those with lived experience, and continually seeking new knowledge. She is honoured to meet families wherever they are in their growth journey. When working with Lisa, you can expect therapy sessions that are playful, heartfelt, creative, collaborative, informative, and full of laughter.
Deemed a Resource Wizard by colleagues, Lisa utilizes her repository of handouts, websites, art, podcasts, child and adult books, therapy toys, games, equipment, and more to curate and empower her clients. She loves creating customized assets and materials for clients and families.
Lisa's cat, Moose, has been working on his own AAC communication buttons and tricks. He currently has 8 words in his AAC vocabulary and can sit, shake paws, high-five, and sit pretty. In her personal time, Lisa likes traveling, board games, farmers markets, pour-overs, and walks in the river valley.
